- What to do in case of late arrival?
We ask that you arrive during reception opening hours, in high season every day from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Out of season the schedules will be posted on the internet, on the campsite website, on facebook and on the reception door. Please arrive during opening hours. In case of justified late arrival and only if it is justified, contact us at 04-92-43-11-93.
- When do I have to pay for my reservation?
When you make your reservation request, we will send you the necessary documents (information sheet and reservation and cancellation conditions) to confirm the reservation, to be returned to us dated and signed as well as the deposit (30% of the stay). The balance of the stay will be due upon arrival.
- How are arrivals and departures, timetables organised?
For rentals (mobile home, pod and studio) arrivals are from 3 p.m. On your arrival a deposit will be requested of 500 € for the studio and the mobile homes, 250 € for the pods. An inventory will be given to you, which you must bring back to reception, completed, dated and signed.
For departure before 11 a.m., a time will be agreed with you for the verification of the premises, so that you can recover your deposit. In the event of a large crowd, the cleaning team will check during the day and your deposit will be lifted at that time.
For pitches, arrivals are from 12 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m.
- Do you refund in case of cancellation?
No refund is possible. Except in the event of subscription to the cancellation insurance (see conditions)
- Covid 19 what to do in case of cancellation?
You will receive a voucher valid for 18 months, on proof (covid disease, positive test, confinement, government restriction)
- Do you accept holiday vouchers and caf vouchers?
We accept payment by credit card, cash, French bank checks, ANCV (from France) only for the balance of the stay we do not take ANCV for deposits, we do not take CAF vouchers.
