  • What to do if you arrive late?

We ask you to arrive during the reception opening hours, in high season every day from 7.30am to 7.30pm. Out of season times will be posted on the internet, on the campsite website, on facebook and on the reception door. Please plan your journey in advance to arrive during opening hours. In case of justified late arrival, please contact us at 04-92-43-11-93.

  • When do I pay for my reservation?

When you make your booking request, we will send you the necessary documents (information sheet and booking and cancellation conditions) to confirm the booking, to be returned to us dated and signed, together with the deposit (30% of the stay). The balance is payable on arrival.

  • How are arrivals and departures organized?

For mobile homes and pods, arrivals are from 3pm. On arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €500 for mobile homes and €250 for pods. An inventory will be given to you, which you must return to reception completed, dated and signed.

For departures before 11 a.m., a time will be agreed with you to check the premises, so that you can recover your deposit. In the event of a large number of visitors, the cleaning team will check during the day and your deposit will be collected at that time.

For pitches, arrivals are from 12pm and departures before 11am

  • Do you refund in the event of cancellation?

No refunds are possible. Unless you take out cancellation insurance (see conditions)

  • Covid 19 What happens in the event of cancellation?

You will receive a voucher valid for 18 months, upon presentation of proof (Covid illness, positive test, confinement, government restriction)

  • Do you accept vacation vouchers and caf vouchers?

We accept payment by credit card, cash, French bank checks, ANCV (from France) only for the balance of the stay. We do not accept ANCV for deposits, nor CAF vouchers.
